All guests travelling to Port Blair if fully vaccinated (irrespective of the type of vaccine and country of origin) shall be exempted from the requirement of carrying RT-PCR negative test report provided they are able to produce the final vaccination certificate at the origin airport and Port Blair Airport
All guests who are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated travelling to Port Blair shall have to mandatorily carry RT-PCR negative test report issued from a ICMR approved lab, subject to condition that RT-PCR test should have been taken within 48 hours. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time. Such guests shall also be required to undergo a RT-PCR test upon arrival free of cost and will have to self-isolate themselves till result is received
Children below the age of 5 years are exempted from pre-departure and post arrival RT PCR tests

1. It is thereby clarified that, COVID negative certificate shall mean RT-PCR/ TrueNat/ CBNAAT, Rapid Antigen Test or any other test as approved by ICMR.
2.guests in possession of final vaccination certificate, i.e., those who have taken both doses and have completed 15 days since the receipt of the 2nd dose shall be exempted from pre-departure RT-PCR/TrueNAT/CBNAAT/RAT requirement

3. Symptomatic individuals (Covid-19 or flu like symptoms) should avoid Non-essential and interstate travel to reduce the risk of infection.
4. If any symptoms of COVID is seen, the passenger will have to get the test done at the airport on arrival.
5. All guests must download Aarogya Setu App.

Exemption
guests in possession of full vaccination certificate and have completed 15 days after second dose, provided they do not have any symptoms.
*Directive for guests arriving from Kerala and Maharashtra:
1. Carry RT-PCR Negative Test Report done within 72 hours Prior to departure.
2. If any passenger is not carrying RT-PCR then passenger shall undergo free of cost Rapid Antigen test on arrival.
3. guests suffering from any disease have to undergo RAT test on arrival and immediately should isolate accordingly.
4. If the passenger's RAT test found negative then the sample shall be send for RT-PCR test.
5. If the passenger is found covid-19 positive, then the passenger should get admitted for treatment as per the guidelines and Genome Sequence shall be done.
6. If guests do not have symptoms but yet to take vaccination then they should monitor themselves for a period of 14 days and send details to medical officer for follow up.

2. The guests possessing final vaccination certificate should carry the certificate while attending the activities for which RT-PCR report is made mandate. However, those who have developed symptoms of COVID-19 shall undergo RT-PCR test and carry the negative result.
3. guests who visit the State for a short period for purposes like business, official, trade, medical, court cases, property management or any like purposes shall be mandatory required to carry RT-PCR negative report not earlier than 72 hours . RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time.
4. All guests shall be required to register their details on https://covid19jagratha.kerala.nic.in/ and obtain e-pass.
5. Upon arrival, guests are required to show their e-pass to the Health Officials at airport.
6. All guests intending to visit any other State or UT after entering Kerala shall be required to have the entry pass for Kerala and the State or UT s/he intends to visit.
7. All guests must download Aarogya Setu App.
8.All guests shall be required to register their details on Generate e-Pass
Exemptions:
Infants (0-2 years)

The Standard Operating Procedure(SOP) for travelers visiting Kerala.
1. All guests travelling into Kerala should register in e-Jagratha portal.
2. If guests undertaking RT-PCR test on arrival, isolation is must at their respective places of stay till RT-PCR report is available.
3. If RT-PCR test is positive, patient should seek medical attention from health institution.
4. If RT-PCR test is negative, the passenger should follow strict universal masking, safe distancing and hand hygiene during their stay in Kerala. If they develop symptoms(fever, cough, sore throat, breathlessness, muscle pain, fatigability, anosmia, diarrhoea) during their stay in Kerala, they should seek medical attention immediately.
5. guests who do not carry a negative RT-PCR nor are fully vaccinated, can avail testing facility on arrival.

1.Tourists who are fully vaccinated will be allowed entry into the State.
2.Tourists who are vaccinated with a single dose and minors in the age group between 11-18 years who are accompanying adult tourists will have to produce negative RT-PCR/TruNat/CBNAAT report which will be valid only if they have tested within 72 hours prior to their arrival at the entry point.
3.Given the prevailing COVID-19 situation, it is advised that tourists even though fully vaccinated but having symptoms should avoid travelling to the State. Such symptomatic individuals, even though fully vaccinated, will be tested at the entry point.
4.Protocol for under 18-year-olds for all tourists (domestic, international and local)
a.For stay in hotels, a negative RT-PCR/TruNat/CBNAAT report tested within 72 hours prior to check-in is to be produced for those in the age group of 11-18 years. Children aged 10 years and below are exempted.
b.Under 18 individuals, accompanied with family member/s, will be allowed to enter tourist spots, restaurants and cafes if other adult members in the family are eligible to enter as per protocols mentioned above.

- guests looking for exemption from quarantine and on arrival testing can do so if in possession of negative RT-PCR/ True Nat/ CBNAAT, conducted from an ICMR approved lab within 72 hours of arrival into the state. RT-PCR/ True Nat/ CBNAAT timeline starts from the time of sample collection.
- Be in possession of final vaccination certificate (i.e. both the doses complete and should have surpassed 15 days from the receipt of the 2nd dose).
- Be in possession of Certificate of discharge from Home Isolation or COVID care facility issued by the competent authority within 3 months prior to the date of entry into the state.

1.All incoming guests from all states have to produce mandatory RAT/ RT-PCR negative report which must be done maximum 48 hours prior to arrival in Bhubaneswar or a final dose of COVID vaccination certificate.
2.eople coming without such report shall have to undergo mandatory RAT test at the testing facility created at Bhubaneswar Airport.
3.Rapid Antigen Test is available on arrival at Bhubaneswar Airport (free of cost) for the guests not carrying RT-PCR test report or 2nd dose of Vaccination report.

2.It is mandatory for guests arriving into Jodhpur from other states/UT to carry a negative RT-PCR which will have to be issued from up to a maximum of 72Hours before the time of arrival. RT-PCR timeline starts from the report issuance time

1. Symptomatic guests shall be isolated and taken to nearest health facility.
2. guests undergoing RT-PCR test on arrival shall be required to undergo 7 days home quarantine

Guests Obligation

2.Guests shall compulsory register themselves at https://www.sikkimtourism.gov.in/Public/Index/mandatorytourist before travelling to Sikkim.

1.Thermal screening for all guests.
2. Only those guests who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 are permitted to travel to Sikkim.
3. If a family is travelling together as tourists to Sikkim and at least one of them is fully vaccinated (both doses) and others are partially vaccinated (one dose) or accompanied by children below the age of 18 years, all of them would still be permitted to enter Sikkim, provided that a valid negative RT-PCR test report must be carried by all those members who are only partially vaccinated & children below the age of 18 years.
4.Test for their RT-PCR report should have been conducted within 72 hrs prior to arrival.

2.guests originating their journey from any city in Kerala state to any city in Tamil Nadu state shall be mandatorily required to be in possession of RT-PCR negative certificate of not older than 72Hours from an ICMR accredited lab or final vaccination certificate (i.e., both doses complete). RT-PCR timeline starts from the time of sample collection.
3.For passenger arriving in CJB, following shall apply:
- It is advisable for all guests arriving in CJB to have carry a negative RT-PCR report not earlier than 72 hours. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time. The same is not applicable for guests travelling from other cities within Tamil Nadu.
- In case the passenger arrives without RT-PCR report, COVID testing shall be done free of cost at the airport and the guests shall be released after sample is taken. Further action will be taken basis the test result.
4. Customers who undergo test on arrival and are:
- Found to be positive and symptomatic, will be taken to hospital isolation.
- Found to be negative and asymptomatic, will have to undergo for self monitoring for 14 days.
- Found to be negative and symptomatic, will be taken to hospital isolation and decided based on Medical Opinion.

3. For Agra only:
- All guests arriving into the city of Agra shall be mandatorily required to undergo RT-PCR test upon arrival free of cost.
Note: guests who arrive with a negative RT-PCR/RAT report shall still be required to undergo the RT-PCR test arrival.

No Quarantine, however guests arriving from Maharashtra and Kerala if found to be symptomatic on arrival shall be required to undergo 14 days home quarantine.

Screening

1. Thermal screening for all guests.
2. It is mandatory for guests arriving in the state of West Bengal from other states/UT to carry a negative RT-PCR report not earlier than 72 hours from an ICMR approved laboratory. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time.
3. guests those who are fully vaccinated i.e.. those who have received both the doses are exempted from pre-departure RT-PCR requirement on production of final vaccination certificate.
4. Children below 2 years are exempted from RT-PCR test.
5. guests arriving from the cities of Mumbai, Pune & Chennai to any city in West Bengal state, they mandatorily need to be in possession of negative RT-PCR report not earlier than 72 hours

Quarantine

1. 14 days of Self-monitoring for all asymptomatic guests is advised.
2. For symptomatic guests, the Health Authorities will decide the Quarantine requirement on a case basis
