What are the various payment options ?

You can choose from any of the these payment options: Credit card / Debit card / Net Banking / ITZ Cash Card / ATM card for certain banks / EMI Options on Citibank, ICICI or HDFC credit cards PayaTM, Bank Cheque, Bank account in company Favor.

What payment options do I have if I wish to reschedule my booking?

We request you to contact our customer care at 7388222244. The payment for the difference in fare and reschedule charges can be paid online at: https://biz.traknpay.in/FlybirdtourismYou can also pay over the phone/IVR (only credit card accepted).

Where can I check my refund amount, if I wish to cancel my reservation ?

Follow these steps:

Write the FBT number and Mobile Number, Retrieve your booking.

How can I track my refund/credit status ?

The refund on fully unutilized domestic flight bookings is processed within 72 hours of receiving the refund request by us. The refund is processed back into the same account from which the payment was originally received. An email/SMS is sent out to confirm the same.

Banks, however, can take up to 5 working days to process the credit back into your account, if the payment was made using a credit/debit card. In case the payment was made through Net Banking, the bank can take up to 14 working days to credit the amount.

In the rare instance where the amount does not reflect in your account after the above period has lapsed, we request you to forward your updated bank statement to sales@flybirdtourism.com

Can I know the size of check-in baggage ?

The dimension of the allowed baggage varies across airlines, to know the exact size of the baggage, please contact airline.

I have contacted the airline directly to cancel my booking. How will I receive my refund ?

In case you have cancelled the reservation directly from the airline, please call us back and inform so that refund can be expedited as per standard process.

How will I receive my hotel voucher ?

On completion of your booking online, you’ll receive the hotel voucher on the email ID provided. In case you don’t receive it within an hour of booking, please call our call center (7388222244) and quote your booking reference number.

How can I cancel my hotel booking ?

Go to the Account Section section for cancellation.

Will I be charged if I wish to cancel my hotel booking ?

Fbtadventures.com does charge Rs 300 per hotel cancellation, only if the guest cancels the entire booking. Not otherwise.

Do I need to carry a photo Identification card for the checking in to the hotel ?

Yes , all the guests need to carry a valid government photo ID proof. The hotel is well within their right to deny check in if you are not carrying a valid photo ID proof.

How long does it take to process refund ?

We process refund from our end within 72 hours of getting a cancellation request. However, your respective bank will take some time to transfer the money into your account.

Do I require reconfirming my booking 72- 48 hours before departure ?

What are the modes of payment available on the website ?

Customers can pay through Credit card, Debit card and Net Banking, UPI

After making the payment, how do I confirm if the payment has been received by www.flybirdtourism.com

After each successful payment, you receive a confirmation email.

How can I print my e-tickets ?

E-tickets can be printed through the MyBooking section on the website. Select the booking for which you want the e-ticket and then click on Print e-ticket.

How do I get my e-ticket/ payment receipt/ invoice on the flybirdtourism.com website ?

You can get your e-ticket/invoice through MyBooking section on Fbtadventures.com or through our automated IVR system.

Is there a cancellation policy for international flights booked on flybirdtourism.com

Each airline has a different cancellation charge. You can call our call centre to know the cancellation charge of an airline, else send us an email at bookings@flybirdtourism.com Apart from the airline cancellation charge,flybirdtourism.com charges Rs. 500 per person as standard cancellation charges for bookings cancelled through our call center, and the convenience fee is also non refundable. We have an option on our website in the MyBooking section to place a cancellation request.

How do I cancel my booking ?

How can I cancel my flight booking online ?

You can place a cancellation request through the MyBooking section and our representative will call you to process the refund after receiving your consent.

I don't understand the various classes in an airline. How can I select which one to book ?

There are four broad classes in an airline.

Economy Class – This class offers the best value for money and often includes benefits such as complimentary meals and beverages.

Premium Economy Class – This class bridges the gap between Economy Class and Business Class comforts, with premium seating and various other benefits.

Business Class – Space and convenience are the key features of Business Class cabins, enabling passengers to continue working while being on board.

First Class – This class travel offers more space, premium menus and large seats that generally convert to flat beds for optimal comfort.

Note: Customers traveling to destinations in Europe, USA and Canada, or on airlines such as KLM Airlines/ Kuwait Airways /British Airways /Air France /Saudi Arabian Airlines /American Airlines / Continental Airlines / Delta Airlines / United Airlines / Kenya Airways / China Southern Airlines / China Eastern Airlines / Aeroflot / Egypt Air / Biman Bangladesh Airlines/ Uzbekistan Airways will have to provide the additional details mentioned above to complete their booking. Details have to be provided on the same day as that of booking.

What are the rules for baggage, rebooking and cancellation on Air Arabia ?

Baggage – You can carry one cabin baggage up to 10 kg on Air Arabia. However, as per your requirement you can carry extra baggage by paying an additional amount.

Rebooking – You can call Air Arabia or FlyBirdTourism.com to make the date change at least 24 hours prior to departure. Prevalent conditions and fare rules will apply.

Cancellation – All Air Arabia tickets are non-refundable. However, you can call the airline directly to cancel the ticket, and the airline will issue a credit note which can be used for future travel (within specified validity).

What is the standard check-in time for international flights ?

You need to report at the airline counter at least 180 minutes prior to the schedule departure time.

Do you provide travel insurance ?

Yes, we do provide travel insurance. You can call up our call centre number – 7388222244 – to purchase the insurance.

What is a reservation number/PNR/record locator ?

Your reservation number is a 6 digit alphanumeric code, which contains letters and numbers. You only need to enter these 6 digits.

Do you provide any visa assistance ?

Yes, we do provide visa assistance for reservations made through fbtadventures.com

How many passengers are required to make a group booking ?

A minimum of 10 adults travelling together on a single flight will be eligible for a group booking. There is no capping on maximum number of passengers.

How can I make a request for a group booking ?

To submit your request for group travel, please go to and submit the lead form with the requisite details. Our sales agent will get in touch with you within 24 to 48 hours.

What are the payment options for a group booking ?

Net banking, credit card or cheque can be used as payment options.

Can seats be pre-assignment for a group ?

We will try to seat the group together once full payment is received; this is, however, subject to availability. You need to send us a request for the same at the outset.

Do I get a discount for making a group booking ?

Group booking fares may or may not be discounted, however you can be offered different pricing structure that you may find more suitable for your group. Group bookings also offer greater flexibility and added inclusions. These however would vary from one airline to another.

How much baggage can I take ?

Baggage policy differs from airline to airline. You are requested to submit your request here and our customer service team would assist you with all queries for your destination.

What is a FBT Reference Number ?

A FBT Reference Number is a unique number that is generated when your booking is done. This number is generated for all bookings whether they are done online or office. All your bookings can be tracked by this unique identifier.

My name includes a space between the first and middle names. How do I enter the same while making my bookings ?

It is not possible to enter a space in the name field. You can enter the middle name along with the first name without any space between the two.

How can I find the best deals/promotions offered by Flybirdtourism.com ?

You can get the best deals on flights and holidays on our website. All promotions are shared with customers through banners on the website. You could also register for promotional emails from Flybirdtourism.com while creating your bookings with us.
